Snapper, broiled with what looked like a red dusting( flour and chile powder), served on a bed of black beans and topped with about half an avocado in thin slices, served with salsa in a small cup, rice  on the side.  Avocado gave a creamy texture.

Sounds yummy.  I'll have to try it with rockfish.

I bet most people couldn't tell the difference between snapper and vermillion.
