I don't believe there is a "greatest yak ever".  There are many different kayaks for many different people and tasks. My first kayak (actually a fiberglass dive board circa late 70's) is the Greatest Kayak Ever as it was the one that propelled me into the sport.

Hi John. 7D is working just fine. Significant price drop won't occur until a new midrange camera (yes, the 7D is considered in the middle of the pack) is released. Then you have to buy quickly before the inventory disappears.
