Delta island for sale

We could put a fresh water tank there, but how do you fill it? 5-10 gals at a time from 1-2 miles away. Is there mobile boat pump stations that would do it? I don't think there is anywhere to bury anything also. It's all swamp/marsh. It is just a place to do some primitive camping that is on the water. Not trying to be negative, just realistic.

Where do you park your car while on the island?

I am assuming at the marina down the way.

I am envisioning a boat that comes from a local marina to pump out the waste tank. Like the port-potty truck at the job-site. We could also just use a 5gl bucket and dump it in the hull of mooch's prowler while he is sleeping. Perhaps we get a fresh-water tender to pump our water tank full. Or we could set-up a rain water collection system for pretty cheap. As long as we got enough corn to keep the still going, we'll be just fine .

If we leave a still there, we better lock it up good so the copper does not disappear. 5 gal bucket should do the trick. Just dump it at the neighbors place. Maybe make a path into the swamp. No one will know.

I thought this was a KAYAK ONLY island!

If we need to do some fixin, do you want to haul lumber on your yak? I'll use my boat. Could also do some dock starts on a ski or wakeboard.

There are a bunch of guys that service the houseboats out there for fresh water and sewage. I am sure we can work something out.
