I have everything ready to go when this next storm gets done.
Thinking somewhere in the Delta, Benicia, Monte, Cache, Sherman Island.  I am flexible with day and location.  Friday is looking good.  Company appreciated.---Jeff

I'm leaning towards Friday.  There are some guys heading for Cache Slough tomorrow and I hope they will share some info/intel.  Otherwise I am open to destinations in the Delta.----Jeff

Hi Jeff:

I'll watch the weather also. Keep me posted as I would like to go.  I haven't done sturgeon in a long time.  I will need to have some tutoring.

Everything I've heard being caught is up in cache. The only problem is there is no longer public access up there I am still working on being allowed to launch from Hastings but after the fire there being very strict. The ferry to get closer is also broken down so cache would be a long paddle. But if you want to do it I could probably make it.

I'm thinkin of getting bait Thursday evening then launching super duper early to catch the outgoing tide in honkerbay (suisun bay).  Shellbacks in I think and whoever else...I'm talkin white seabass early! Either that or Thursday late afternoon for that big outgo. Skirts sturgeon options this week.

High tides gonna be at around 430ish so I'm thinkin if we launch at 345ish it will put us in the shallows at primetime...if ya got any pvc pipe laying around bring it so u can stake your from end in in case there's a breeze to keep our boats stationary.

For the Friday sturgeon crowd, I guess we have to figure out our own launch site for Cache Slough ( I have some of my own ideas having done this by boat).  Chuck, Hallsworth, Raydon, Chuwy et. all I will keep you posted.

Enough stressing about Cache--I'm going to head out to Montezuma Slough Friday.  Will get bait in Isleton or RV on the way out.  Wi I plan to be out at Grizzly Island rd./Hwy 12 at the Jack in the Box by 8:00AM.  There is a tide change (Low Tide) around 10:00 AM.  I will fish until 1:00- 2:00PM at the latest.  PM me if you're coming.----Jeff
