Looking at the standings ,
Is anyone else going to post anything ?
My team needs to have a meeting to get motavated
How about it Team NCKA TOO 

Why the sad face?  Team NCKA is in 1st place for the Pac West region, and 10th overall for freshwater.    ...and that was with Sonny being out of town for a while.  We have two teammates that are in need of some motivation.  I for one will be fishing today, and tomorrow.. in the rain.

I thought we're discuss about the team performance not individual measurement! 

Each individual is a part of a team,
I will have to get the others going with a little motivation, But a little fun along the way never hurt
