Pretty cool that 63 out of 124 are first timers!   :smt001  That's 50.81%!   :smt003
So that means ~30 vets aren't returning? That is really surprising.

Sorry guys, I can't make it this year. I'm going to Maui. I couldn't get a decent deal at any other time. Believe me, I tried. I'm happy about going to Hawaii but super bummed about not being able to attend GS6. It's all good though, I will make it up there sometime this season, so be on the lookout for a GS6.1 hookup. Have a great time everyone, and don't forget your crab traps!

I agree Pat.  One guy I was really looking forward to seeing is Zilla.  I owe him for all his awesome cooking last year.

Totally, AbMan.   :smt001

I too wish good friends like Zilla, Swellrider, MBYakker, Shellback and others could attend, but life happens.  We're in for a good time.   :smt001

I didn't mean it as a complaint or anything.  It's not a bad thing, just not what I would have thought.  I would love to see the old friends, but I'm sure we'll all make new ones.   :smt006

Victor,  I'm not pouring to sell.  My baits are similar to Big Hammer with a slightly different tail.  I'll give you a couple to try next time I see you.  Makin' beer and baits is just the way I utilize my spare time.  I need to get some root beer dye to follow Eric's recommendation.

Just watched Al's GS3 flick again - this is good stuff showing lots of the catch potential at the Cove:

Nice work, Al!   :smt008
