Awww man, I would have fixed it for ya for free!  Well, you might of course have to put me up for the night and take me trolling the next day, but thats practically free

There is something goofy with Dell warranties.  I think if you pay the warranty retroactive they will still fix your computer.  My financial advisor is still rocking 05,07 laptops I swear.

True that - don't want to get too excited and promise the world!     We'll hope for the best and make lemonade if necessary.  The minus tides will allow for reaching in holes for urchins and abs even if it's rough, but it's not as practical and fun as diving in water with some reasonable clarity.
