Looks like rain's moving in next week.  Might as well get one last trip in.  Launching at 8am.  Company welcome.

Maybe I'm looking at this incorrect...

Princeton Jetty

3-6ft swells at 12s 5mph wind...

Am I crazy to go out in this condition?  Any tips would help.

Thanks,

Pete

I got wind 5 to 10 on swell info app it's pretty accurate, their calling for some pretty good chop that's all I'd worry about while pulling pots. But you got those Girly light pots so you should be ok

LOL! :smt005!!!  I'm sorry as my girly arms was having such a hard time pulling up your iron cast 50lb pots!  Thanks again for letting me pull some of your pots and confirming the weather.

Plans a go!  CFO is ok as she wants more crab for new years!!!  Channel 69 all company welcome!

Sorry - maybe I'm reading wrong. I got a "swell info" app on my android. For tomorrow its red with 5-8 feet swells every 12 seconds. Green is good? Red is choppy right?

I was thinking more in terms of 6oz for the curls.

You're not going to believe this, but on my way to pick up bait tomorrow, I smelled a sweet scent...  Then it happened!  At the stop light my cruiser steams up a storm!!!!  Blew my radiator!!!!  Wtf!  At the mechanics right now to see if I can get a new one installed today.  I will confirm later this afternoon.

For future reference I am a mechanic I prolly could have saved you a few bucks, but that's a bummer anyway

Darn it!  Oh well, I don't think I could have drove the beast more then 20 miles with the radiator leaking.

Still out of commission.  Well try to make it Friday...

Went out to the green yesterday but conditions were not ideal. Fast drift and big swells made it difficult to fish. One RF landed and lost two.

Congrats in the RF!  How bad was the swells?

Still waiting to get my car back from the mechanics...

LoL!  The swells averaged 6'-8' with heavy chop. It was also very windy and I did more paddling than fishing.  Tough conditions but still a fun day if you like rollercoaster rides...
