When I fished TC on Monday, I discovered that one of my Hobie amas had a leak in the seam.  The leak wasn't patch-able because of the seam location so I emailed Austin Kayak where I purchased it about a year ago.  I didn't have the exact purchase date or my receipt but they immediately emailed me back and asked for a picture of the split seam.  Within an hour of my sending the picture, they notified me that a new bladder had been shipped to me via Fedex and they provided me with a prepaid label to return the defective one.  Once again, Hobie and Austin Kayak  stepped up to the plate and took care of the customer.

Nice, I really like both of those companies for that reason. :smt001

Glad that you'll get a new "bladder"  :smt003
