There is always the Port of Sac. It has a easy launch, free parking and the striper bite is good this time of year. At least a hand full of the Sac Crew is usually out there on the weekend. Just let us know.

Bigger ones are being caught in the Port this past week. Those with live minnows and bluegills do better. Fish the incoming tide and avoid the days when ship are moving through.

Thanks for all your tips fellas.

Any of the Sac crew fishin this Saturday?

I've got a couple Rat-L-Traps, but don't wanna be out there alone not knowing nothing.
Always better to fish with someone that can give you pointers and expound on that experience/wisdom.  :smt003

Thx!

I'll be out there Saturday along with whoever else shows up from the Sac Crew if you want to go. I'll probably be out there around 8:00am.

Tackle
1.(15lb leader, 3way swivel,2oz ball weight, circle hook, and jumbo minnows) <-- best choice
2. Swimbait jigging
3. Trolling Rapala deep diver

Me and Wes will be out there at our usual Saturday launch time of around 415....

It's quite a sight seeing all the surface activity right before sunrise. The stripers go nuts!

We haven't gotten one that early yet. Wes got some nice ones last weekend on swim baits... See you out there!
