As much as I'd love to keep it, I think it's time to sell the Hobie.  Pictures will be added this week.

2010 Hobie Outback - Dune (includes paddle)
Hobie Scupper Cart
Hobie Turbo Fins
Hobie Sailing Rudder
Hobie Comfort Seat
Standard Fins
Standard Rudder
Standard Seat
Ram Mount for Humminbird Unit
Humminbird 345 C - color fishfinder
Transducer through scupper plug
Hobie Drybag
(2) Scotty Rod holder mounts (flush)
(1) Scotty Laketroller Downrigger
Trout gear for the lakes (dodgers, flashers, hoochies)
4lb downrigger weight with release

Here's a short clip taken recently:

That line on my fishfinder is my downrigger weight...the fishfinder will show even my 1/8 oz jigs while crappie fishing

The kayak is in excellent condition.  There is a small hole (1/2") that was drilled to run the transducer wiring.  It'll be shown in the pictures.  Garage kept and ready to fish!

$1700 OBO

Dude? Upgrading? That boat has some of the best fishing mojo of any one boat I have seen! Somebody will be getting a great deal. I just cant go to the darkside!
Live your life, the way you want to be remembered. Don't have any regrets, we only get this one dance to make it count. Start at your eulogy, and work backwards.

It's served me well...very well  :smt003...Sad to see it go but I think it's time to upgrade to a boat.  I still have the T13 that will still get used, just not as much.

I wish my Dad could use the Outback but he can't so it's gotta go.  I miss fishing with him so hopefully with a boat he'll be able to get out there with me again.  It's sucks getting old  :smt009...

I find myself using my Hobie Pro Angler as much or more than my 15' Gregor.  You may regret selling the yak!  I can get into much smaller and isolated high country lakes with my Hobie, places I would never consider with the Gregor.  Just sayin'   :smt001

Nice job on the scupper transducer!  I may have to rethink my install now darnit!  That is a deal of the year.  I've been hounding my friend to get a kayak, all year, and this would have been perfect for him! however, since he's battled colon cancer (stage2) and now is done with his treatments, his company decided to let him go (While on his cancer treatments!) Sadly, I suspect it'll be a while before he can get a kayak now. :smt009

A year after installing the transducer, lowrance comes out with this...

Oh well...coulda been a millionaire...:smt044

I'd be glad to do a write up on how I built my scupper transducer bracket, it's pretty straight forward.

Well, if lorance did it, I'm sure the remaining FF companies won't be too far behind in releasing their own brand of Scupper ducer mounts!
