San Pablo/ Black point monday

Ive got jury duty on mon n know how to get out of it, just a question of how soon I get to say my few words... so as soon as they release me, noonish? - im hitting the h20, if its calm id like to go for China camp, maybe off of mcnears or rar rock or if its ugly, Black Point.
