SC dive spots/ hookup for sunday 10/30

So my friend and I want to do some spear fishing this sunday. Only thing is I have to be at UC Santa Cruz by 1 pm to watch my little sister play soccer! Any one know any good morning spots in the area that would be good to hit up? Any one want to go? Need to get some fish for my family dinner. Thanks for any help you can give and feel free to PM me.
