Last Elusive Hunt Monterey 10/11 Tue

Hightide and I are applying Great Bass post and doing our last elusive hunt for WSB.
Launching from the Coast Guard pier at 5:30am.  Company much welcome.

Best solunar 4 star rating: minor feeding time @ 6~8 am; major @ 12~3pm.

I'm in, I am used to launching from MBK, can you give me the 411 on how to get to the CG pier.  Mike

Mike, go past MBK through the tunnel and take the first right you can see the parking lot. The ramp is right there. Whats up with the AI crew? Keepin it on the DL?

Sorry, I guess the way I look at it with moving schools of fish that dont actually stay in one concentrated location for very long, that there is a certain defining joy in letting people see the catch and get to know the general location. Like." In Monterey today we killed it over by the hotels."  You are certainly not giving away some secret hole on a river or a big lingcod hideout. To each thier own. I applaud the folks who give WSB reports so hacks like me feel they have a chance.

I don't want to know where they are and who's catching them.  I just want to wet some lines with the guys and if the fish just happen to pass by my bait so be it!

Good luck you guys and please post a report of how you do this week. This coming weekend 10/15 & 10/16 will probably be my last chance for this year. It's hard to commit to the 6+hour round trip drive to Monterey if there is no reports. So thanks to those that do decide to post a report  , jim
