I'm sorry for your loss.

R.I.P kayakfisherman, you left doing what you loved.

That's my number one choice on a way to check out...not the coma part but fishing!!!  Way for him to go doing what he loved... that not fishing with him again part SUCKS...but he's off  to better fishing grounds than here!!! Maybe my gramps can hook him up... and slap a pair of wings on him instead of a PFD!!!

Sorry for your loss Eric. My best friend is a diabetic and he has had some close calls by forgetting to test or not remembering his insulin. Actually got in a car accident one time because of it. Scarry stuff. Diabetic buddies should always be within ear shot. They can slip into an emergency pretty quickly.....
