Took the new yak out for its madien voyage sunday and it dosent get any better, paddled all over the lake in search of clear water and found a good spot and landed 12 trout the biggest being 23 inches and 5 lbs, caught 2 largemouth and 1 smallie great fun off the water by 1200. sprry no pics I was a little busy I'll get some next time.

Boat worked awsome  I had to get out right after I got it I needed a fix for my anticipation

Good report, I love that lake its about time it started busting out some fish. Do you know what the water temp is?. How are the Bald Eagles doing?

james, you really kill that lake!

No I dont its mostly catch and release but its my backyard so I get out as much as I can like this friday.
Water temp was 52 last time I was out good medium for bass and trout, I havent seen the eagles this year but there is a family of osprey that get my attention all the time they tend to take fish right in front of people as if to say"ha  ha" thats cool.
