I'm having withdrawls having not been on the water for a month or more.  Making plans for Saturday 4/15...

Plan A.  Black Point
Perfect incoming tide... if there was a sure bet for sturgeon, this would be it.  Plan to paddle out the river mouth and anchor up in the shallow flats to fish the incoming tide.

Tides:
2006-04-15  9:29 AM PDT  -0.29 feet  Low Tide
2006-04-15  3:37 PM PDT   4.48 feet  High Tide

Plan B.  Salmon somewhere

If there are reports of a moderate to hot bite north of the Gate and good ocean conditions, that'll be tempting... Muir Beach, Bodega Bay, Goat Rock / Russian River area, etc...

Thoughts?  Takers?

Sounds good to me.
Not sure how the ocean will be with this week of rainy weather. Sure wouldn't want to be out there and have the wind kick up like it did at LM the other day.
