Comedy Showcase 10/4

Been invited tot he comedy showcase at laughs unlimited in old town Sac. Show starts at 8, bar open before that, and I will buy ya a beer! 1207 Front Street in old sac, right off I-5. I went last night, and got bumped because there were a lot of heavy hitters show up. I got to hang in the green room with these guys, I was having fun. I had them all rolling, and made a lot of great contacts too. This will be taped, and if I do not suck too bad, may get shown on Comedy Central! The more people I bring, the more time I get. I am getting 5 minutes hell or high water, but would like about 15.
I will be at Tommy T's in pleasanton on Monday the 12th for their open mic, and will be trying some new material for the showcase. Hope you guys can make one or both, but if you have to choose, the sac venue is the one that is really important to me.
There is a $5 cover charge, but you have no idea who all may show up, last night it was a packed house and several national headliners! Great deal for $5!

After having the opportunity to hang out with several of the professional comedians, I really learned a lot! I am extremely focused now, and my comedy is going to be geared around rodeo, and the cowboy lifestyle. I have some pretty big dreams, and am a firm believer in if you can visualize your dream, you can make it happen! But a dream is just a dream unless you have a plan, and I have one! (doesnt mean that I wont throw in a fishing joke now and again)
