Took the Revo out for a peddle in Benicia to check out the Salmon & Striper bite, launched from 9th Street ramp at 8am; meet up with a 4 other Loose Screws for this peddle.

Pounded the area for 4hrs, logged 8.4 miles of freakin peddling and even a bump; through everything in the box, nada. Marked solo fish here and there mid stream in the water column; and saw a few sturgies roll right in front of us, but nutt'n. Only fish we saw caught (including from shore) was a 25" salmon on a power boat using blue fox w/a pink bell.

Still a great day to be out on the water with my LS brothers; and thanks Dave for the delivery service on the water, chicken bun was screamin!

Martin asked that I stock the pond before inviting him to fish my backyard again. Gett'n skunked ain't nutt'n new to me, just gett'n exercise and hang'n with the bros it's all good. Then Pam suggested fish for dinner tonight. Defrosted a Shelter Cove Cabazon, fired up the grill. Man! That sure beats skunk. "thanks Dave for lending me his Hobie Sport and the Spicy Bun" my pleasure Sonny. "thanks Dave for the delivery service on the water, chicken bun was screamin!" Glen I hope you weren't all used up from yesterday and got to fish Muir today. GPS/camera Batts were dead so no evidence. Just took this one, glad you work for food.

Bummer that ocean trip fizzled! Spot-on detective work, Glen. Loose wire ties allowed one insulater bumper to slip around, so letters met the metal. Regrettably I failed to mention the sweet (cut to bite size) watermelon that Frank (ghost) brought. Martin bailled early, taking our cut of the brews home. We love you anyway. brewmister.

think that was a rumor start by Jedmo to get us to do his recon work....

{mental note} no way a float-tube anchor will hold a kayak in any kinda of water current :smt013

Peddling back to the point against the wind & tide wasn't too much fun either but the company was great.

Dave, Nice graphics on the yak!  I was hoping you guys got into the Salmon after I left but I guess not.  We need to talk to Glen about some kind of Loose Screw graphic if there's any room left on the plastic to apply it.  Maybe just a few screws loosely applied?  Thanks for the "onboard" lunch.
