Got to MBK around 6am and launched shortly after that.  Trolling and Mooching for the King & WSB around the red can area for nada due to Jellyfish problem (they are everywhere from 20' to 150').  Switched to Halibut rigs and C&R a Verm since I want to use 2 rods for the Hali.  While drifting for Hali, 1 of my rod loaded and I can feel the weight but it turned out to be a big Sunstar!  Fish until the
fan turned on in the afternoon and the sun came out.  What a nice day OTW!

Conditions look perfect and you can't beat the view there.  You didn't get a skunk though, that's always a plus.
Thanks for the update.

Nice try Sonny. At least now you'll have plenty more chances of hooking one of those WSB now that you live nearby. :smt001

Looks like you had the whole bay to your self with the exception of the two seals and the fishing boat. Nice red and the starfish. That's what i love about Monterey, you never know whats your going to see or catch. Thanks for sharing all the pics.

Thanks guys.  Now that I'm moving closer to MB, I'll have more chances to hunt for the ghosts. Hopefully it'll happen this year  :smt001
