Hey everyone, I'm new to kayak fishing and gonna get salty for the first time this Saturday.  Planning on launching from MBK, Moss, or Capitola depending on the bite and intel I gather (any intel you can provide will be greatly appreciated).  If you're planning on going out on Saturday and can use some company let me know.

A WSB is one hell of a fish to tackle if your new to kayak fishing. Monterey is probably your best bet for weather conditions.

I'm feasting on some sand dabs since the wsb wasn't on the bite this pass weekend so i asked the wife if i could fish for sand dabs this weekend out of MBK so you might have some company. depending on the ocean condition that is! i won't fine out till Thursday if I'm going out for sure! but its a good chance I'll be out for sand dabs :smt002

Thanks for the tips guys.  Looks like I'll be in Capitola on Saturday to meet up with friends and Monterey on Sunday pending weather conditions.  Will be on ch. 69.
