Got to say i love this boat very fast tracks well and got a killer deal on it cant go wrong 
And i love the tracks and new style seat, most awsome

No the little mesh storage areas aren't scuppered, to me that's good 1 soda can fits with a little extra room just to give scale

Those look like good temporary livewells, kind of like my footwells on the P15. Many little bait fish have spent a minute or two in there waiting for the hook! 

Mini livewell is a good idea
