The ling was 32" and I caught him on my first cast of 2013 rockfish season..... the cab came later in the day, a nice 20.5" .... those cabs always amaze me with their power

Nice ass ling! but IMO it should of been released....just saying...beat me up if ya want but I'm from the big state!  Hope you like them eggs for breakfast !!

Three day catch of lings at Salt Point....biggest one was 32 inch 12lbs, a pair of 6lb 'ers and two 5lb 'ers. Almost 13 lbs of filets by the end of it.
