Hey guys, i need some fishin buddies

My name is Mikey, im 18 and im new to the site/sport. Right now i live in Pacifica, but in about a week im moving to Guerneville and will be attending SRJC. I was wonderin if anybody would be willing to show a newcomer a few tricks. Ive had experience kayaking, fishing, ab diving, etc. I also surf and have lived by the ocean for my entire life, so im not completely clueless, i can handle my own, and i was just hopin maybe some of you guys would be down to take a kid out fishing. I have no friends in the area and it would mean a lot. I dont have a lot of money, but plenty of tackle, rods, and things to that effect, along with two sit on top kayaks. So if anybody out there wants to make a new fishin buddy, i would be so stoked to take a trip to Red Barn or Ocean Cove in the very near future. Good luck slayin em out there!

You are so close to rockfish heaven there. Keep an eye like Jack said on hook ups. Its on at Ft Ross( 45min tops from G-ville) a lot. Chadrock lives right by you.

Yessir, that's RF heaven and Chadrock does live there too.. cool dude.  Like the folks said keep your eyes out on the hookups section.  I usually fish the Fort on the weekends.. so I'll post up a hookup when I head that way.

Dudeman... Stay away from Safeway at night... especially the closer we get to winter.

there are several of us who live in the west county area and head out fishin as much as possible, weather/wind allowing. like the rest said, check the hook-ups or post one and see who's around.
always a good idea to not go it alone, just in case.
and chadrocks right, stay away from Gville safeway at night and there's a couple of weekends during the summer that it's a good idea to be out of town, Women's Day and the Teddy Bear festival. Way TMI.... that is some scarry chit mon.
