Our 6 year wedding anniversary today so wanted to get some nice roses for Ana.

PMd Eugene and asked him what the possibilities were...he hooked me up with 6 beautiful bunches of 25 long stemmed red roses for a GREAT price!!

 :smt007 :smt007 :smt007

One bunch of 25 for each year we have been married!!

 :smt003

Really enjoyed driving over on my lunch break to e2g's place over in Pajaro and getting the roses straight from the grower man himself!!  :smt004

When I got to the house I had Valentina come outside and bring them up to Ana one at a time, telling her "This is for Year 1", "This is for Year 2" etc, etc...

Then I came upstairs with the 6th one and gave her a big anniversary smooch!

 :smt003

Thanks again Eugene for helping make this anniversary really special for us!!

 :smt006

Sincerely,

Jim

that is great. Eugene got a nice bit of exposure in today's Sentinel too. Wish it was on a "local flower grower's business skyrockets" theme, but hey any publicity can't hurt right/
I know who i'm calling when I need roses.

Yeah he mentioned the article and I just read it online...

I agree with you 100% Sean...I'd much rather give Eugene or any other friend my $$ than some chain or company I don't know....

Jim my thanks to you.

A side note: at Aaron Hull's memorial, we all commented that usually we see each other at dark o clock, with bed head, hangovers, shadows and wearing farmer johns.  When we clean up, we actually look reasonably respectable.  Jim took it up a notch, looked down right executive in his street clothes.

WTG Jim! Congrats, dude!

That's awesome, too, Eugene, how you hooked Jim up. That's what NCKA is all about.
