Red curry with prawns and RF

@ Albion, I had a taste of Kiel's awesome fish curry, so I tried it tonight using prawns and RF caught from the Bean a few weeks ago. Thx Kiel for the inspiration! It didn't turn out as good as yours, but i'll try to make it more tasty next time. I won't bother putting up a recipe, but Kiel, PLEASE POST YOUR RECIPE!!

Next on my list is ChuckE's panko beer batter fish fry I tried @ Albion- yum!

I'm not even gonna try to make Cameron's paella- for too many reasons... but i really enjoyed hanging out by his kitchen as he put on a very informative cooking show
