Just Call Me "Kenny"

I'm a lurker and poser coming out of the closet after researching the hobby for weeks now. 

I was Kenny when I registered, and Kenny now - but for a day, I was to cool for school.  This morning [after pounding a couple Monsters] I was reflecting on my new found excitement and declared I was having a "Yak Attack" - hmmm; great screen name.  So I jumped into my profile - for a moment forgot I was old - and embraced the youthful craze "YAk-aTTacK"!  Man; that's the bees-knees!  This evening, recieve a PM asking if a product was available on Hook 1 yet.  Hmmm - odd [start poking around; see the Yak Attack vendor link] - crap! 

[Beating my head on the table] I'm such a rookie [ ] - I was even looking at buying a Yak Attack t-shirt the other night before getting a boat - dur [loser].  So the cat's out of the bag - and all you can do is laugh at yourself...

So how old is old?


I'm currently working on a retirement plan where I have enough money to hire a man Friday to deliver me and my yak to shore when I get to old to do it myself,,,,,,,,

I understand the "MADNESS"; 35-40 pursued my dream of having a lifted truck; emptied the saddle bags on that and ran the show circuit.  Then a buddy told me I could have a salt water reef rank just like his for $300 - thanks pal; that cost as much as the truck.  Today at 45; moving to the next bucket list item - kayak fishing!  I'm a research mongrel and a love a good build - already seen enough to know this could potentially be just as crazy.  But hey, a guys gotta have his vice.  Single, don't drink, don't smoke (cigs or otherwise), don't gamble, don't womanize - wait scratch that one - just your all-around boring guy.
