Hey Wes, I'm off work that weekend. Got to double check the schedule but will try to make it, at least for a day. On one of the last FD camping trips Dan H and I picked up a +20# halibut in my 2 man. We were bouncing 6 inch fishtrap in 15-20' out near the entrance channel. I have picked -up some(not a lot) of rockfish along the PT in 30-40'. There are regularly PB's out drifting for flatties 1/2 mile off all along the beach there. Not sure of their success rate. Historically have done pretty well on smaller (just keepers) halibut around Hog Island (inside Tomales) using 1/2 oz hair raisers in shallow water. It's a well know place for the landlord.
