Albion Potluck

Haven't seen or heard anything on this subject yet and was just wondering whats on the menu for the Albion Potluck on Saturday? ... and will there be a pre-party potluck on Friday evening? Only 18 days left...

I'm we'll come up with more, but the wife wants to make her crab and artichoke dip with dungies the boys catch off the docs.

P.S. I'm really looking forward to deep fried cheesecake. They're also great for building major  positive WAF points.

The only potluck at the event site will be on Saturday at 5pm then the raffle and awards will follow shortly thereafter. Thanks for starting this Glen. I will post an event schedule on another thread

Screw the Mac & Cheese; I want more of those "Shicken's Scream'n Sliders" you had at PIF!!!!  Those were off the hook!

I will be making an assload of babyback ribs with fresh french bread and REAL sOnOMa CouNTy BuTter.

OK i'll add the sliders to the menu. 

I'm gonna make a pot of my chipotle/tequila pico de gallo, and if I have some halibut at hand, I'll turn it into ceviche!

I'll make some chili and the gingerbread pineapple upside-down cake.

will make paella again, got a bigger pan this year

I'll be bringing my wife's homemade blueberry coffee cake, banana bread, strawberry bread and probably some cookies too.

This year Ive got 6 Tri tips 3 peppercorn and 3 santa maria they are so good they melt in your mouth!!!!!!

With the addition of a South African to the clan, I might have her conjur up something Shaka Zulu style! haha
