So you guys, I hate to appear traitorous, but I think I've had enough of sit on tops for ocean fishing.  I need a boat that is more seaworthy and efficient for long trips.  This fall, if all goes right, I want to do a solo yak fishing expedition, maybe from Eureka to Point Arena, and I need a boat that can handle extended time on the water.  Sit on tops just can't handle it.

So my question is, does anyone else on NCKA fish from a sea kayak?  What I need is advice on how to rig a SINK.  I've lined up a good deal on a Dagger Magellan, a sixteen footer.

Advice appreciated.

Dave

Group IQ is inversely proportional to the size of the group.

Here's another SIK club worth checking out....chucke and I did a kayak fishing seminar with this club many years ago and were well received.
