Thanks for sharing Shanon, just got back to work after a few days off and already stressed looking at what needs to be done and this week and trying to catch up from last week. Watched your vid and all better now, at peace and relaxed. We are so lucky to have such a great and unique outlet from the stresses of life.

Great video, and great abs. How big was that largest one? It looked to be 11 inches or so.

Loved every second of the vid Shannon thank you I needed  that!
