Put a pat of butter on medium heat.
Place filets in pan after butter has melted.
Spray filets with lime juice, sprinkle filets with chili powder,
Blk powder, & cayenne pepper. Place one line of agave nectar
Down the middle of each filet. Let filets cook till flaky & falls off bone
Or white salmon residue rises to the surface of filets. Results are Damn good!!!!
