fishfinder+GPS

Hello,
I've been looking into buying a fishfinder+GPS, and I was wondering if there's few known that people here prefer.
My fishing skills are not high and I just started with rockfish, but I'm planning on doing more and more salt water fishing.

Whats yer budget and what kind of yak you have?   WTTM!!!

I bought the eagle Cuda 350. That works for me. A GPS is always useful especially during the foggy days.

Humminbird 580 for me. I've had it for over 2 years, no problems.
I only use it in the saltwater where it keeps me from getting lost as well as keeping me over productive areas. It excells at these tasks.
I carry a compass as well, as there is no way I am putting all my trust in something that runs on a battery!

Lowrance M68c.  I really like mine.  Sonar, GPS, and in color for less than $300.

The eagle 350 is on sale at cabelas for 170.  That seems to be very popular model, I picked up one and will be mounting on my yak once I get parts from hook1.

All the good options seem to be listed here.  BUT, depending on the yak you have you may choose one v.s. the other for a variety of reasons.  So what kind of yak do you have?
