Raffle Update

We have a little over 100 tickets pre-sold for the raffle as of today.  The Xtreme Redfish tournament is tomorrow...they are having a vendor expo and paddle demo tomorrow from 12p-6pm.  I hope to sell a bunch more tickets with the kayak there in person...with a big sign that says "win this kayak"....should be a nice crowd tomorrow....I will keep you guys/gals posted on the progress.....thanks for letting me be a small part of this great cause....

Dude that is great, Vincent! It really shows how kayak fishermen (and women) are a tighter group than most other types of anglers. Part of it is born out of necessity--we're doing something that's potentially dangerous and somewhat new, so we need to stick together and offer help when needed. Like a family!
And I take-back half of what I've said about Texas!   

The Xtreme redfish tournament and expo planned for tomorrow was cancelled...I am in contact with the director of a tournament next weekend in Corpus Christi for the Casting for a Cause benefiting Heroes on the Water......a much larger event and a complete charity event....I will raffle this kayak off on June 24 regardless...and this will give me an extra week to sell kayak tickets...so I think in the end we will raise more money so it might be a blessing ...I will keep "yall" posted on progress
