you guys (NCKA)can get this done. SaveTheRedBarnFish&DiveSeries tourney fees combined with camp fees and plain ol donations that may land the donater a couple of camp/sleep nites while along the coast in that area?

Red Barn is on the chopping blocks...Alan due to double mortages plus lack of work is forced to rent the place out...I didn't even know of it till Joe/Earnest put the RB Classic together last yr... got a call from joe I'd totally spaced the RB and drove sixteens hours non stop to make the Classic....

Why up front? Why 8?  that's the deal that Alan threw out there....it's either NCKA or some renters........and to not have RB Classic 2 would be SAD  ... 

Part of the funds being raised are going towards outside showers/restroom....

U get a key to show up when ever u want...master bedroom will be rotated by an agreed upon rotation...  first 8 members have rights to make decesions on the rest...if someone messes up... well they can be voted out...

Specifically, is there beach access (walk down, climb the cliff, launch a yak, etc.) from the property or is it just a base of operations for expeditions?

I've got 3 years of that invested.

Would like to have some info/details on what exactly is being offered. Some specific questions would be:

1. Will their be individual leases, or would there be one lease with each participant listed as a co-tenant?
2. What is the general description of the property; what structures are there and how big is the property?
3. What would and would not be allowed, i.e.; RV/Boat storage? Would there be a max length of stay clause...
4. How would insurance work for/between the co-tenants and what, if any would the lease require.

I hate to sound so dry but I am asking these questions because this is a very interesting offer and would really like to get a little more info.

8 persons would be about 89.90 a month for 9 months
Allen said he would go to 16 which equates 45.00 per person per month 9 months
Basically he needs a total of 800  a month to keep the place. and up grade for campers.
There is no Kayak launch access. You can get to the beach but extreme steep climb.
It is private and safe .
