06.11.2011 Sat - Sonoma Ab Diving

Plan on hitting up the coast to do a quick ab dive and come home.  The wife agreed to let me GoPro her making korean abalone pizza (pan fry or pa-jeon) that evening, since I had a lot of requests from my camping friends on how to make it.

It looks like it will be Jino, Heesup and Myself at the moment... we plan on hitting either gerstle or stillwater depending on the conditions.

Whats your time frame? I have some plans in the afternoon in the SF but would love to try an early morning hunt.

If we leave Friday late nite and car camp it, we are usually in the water by 6am and on way home by 9am.  If we drive up at 4am, then in water by 7:30am and out by 10am.

Were would the camp/ dive site be? I went to timber cove for my first ever ab dive on monday and it was awesome there.

Maybe ocean cove for the car camp, then either timber or Stillwater.

I think the cove should be okay.  We did it at 10kts on the last video at timber, at mid tide.
