Used this old school (by now) fav rockfish recipe with some of the halibut from the epic Islands trip.

It turned out fantastic. I used two of the thinner pieces and cooked themup just like the recipe. Tossed some thinly sliced onions into the reduction sauce and served it with wasabi mayo.
