I believe that Allen, (polepole) took it over and is going to have a 100 made up then set up a paypal ordering system,   at least that's what I remember.

My original plan was to see if enough people were interested to make an order, and order based on who wanted what. After the enormous response and obvious demand Allen (polepole) and I decided on a different tactic. That is he would order a bunch, to meet the demand at the time and have extras for any late comers.

As we changed tactics and not everyone reads all of the posts in a thread I decided to delete the original thread (to hopefully avoid confusion). And then when Allen has the NCKA Troughs he will let us know where and how to get them.

My two cents for what it's worth. "Any first timer, AOTY when enrolled should be gifted one" Just like I received my first uniform, when I enlisted USN. I'm 2nd year in AOTY now, so beyond help.
