Had a great run!!  :smt004

On paper I had it mapped out to 20 miles, but on the ground it actually came out to 21.86!!
 :smt005 :smt044 :smt044

Ran the first half with my buddy and fellow Team in Training member Jackie, and then met Yakuza at the turn around. Ana and Valentina were there to give me some liquids, fuel and hugs and kisses and then we headed back!

Martin is a STUD!!!!  I'm huffing and puffing and he is just floating along!!   :notworthy: :notworthy:

Was planning on 11/11.5 minute miles on the way out and 10/10.5 on the way back....Martin pushed me to pick up the pace and I surprised myself by being able to do it!!

Thank you bro for coming out, keeping me company and helping me push my limits!!

Really enjoyed meeting you and look forward to seeing you again soon!

Here is the breakdown of the pace per mile (the slower ones were probably due to bathroom breaks!  :smt002):

Mile1: 9.52
Mile2: 12.28
Mile3: 9.50
Mile4: 9.52
Mile5: 9.53
Mile6: 10.28
Mile7: 9.53
Mile8: 10.30
Mile9: 9.49
Mile10: 10.21
Mile11: 9.50
Mile12: 10.33
Mile13: 8.42
Mile14: 11.26
Mile15: 8.23
Mile16: 8.42
Mile17: 8.44
Mile18: 9.52
Mile19: 8.44
Mile20: 9.52
Mile21: 8.17

Feeling ready for the Marathon on June 18th!!!
 :smt006
Sincerely,

Jim

HAd a great time, thx for the invite.  I'm sore as $hit today, as predicted.  But my foot has held up well which is really encpuraging.

In a show of solidarity for you having to drive to Bako after your long run, I drove up to Sacto to have dinner with my aunt and family last night. Brought a $120 bottle of stags leap that my retarded uncle said tasted like bitter crushed grapes LOL.  Wth huh?

Anyway, thx again Jim.  Your looking great and ur gonna smoke it up there in AK like raymac smokes trout.
