Just don't tell her.  Works for me!

-Allen

You must pay the bills in your house.  That doesn't work for me as my CPA certified wife pays them in ours. :smt010
so does mine.  Solution: creative accounting.

Let's talk! :smt003

Just mope around the house for a few days like you are super depressed when she asks you what's up. Just tell here you are super bummed about losing your favorite R&R (I'm assuming you did tell her if not you are already screwed) it's always good to say"I feel so stupid" if she cares about you she will go out and buy it for you our hand you some cash if she doesn't go to Wife #2.

What ever you do don't take her out or buy her anything that will set a standard that you will be stuck with for a long time and if she tells any of her friends you will wreck it for some of us.

Just keep all your fishing gear in a big messy pile in the garage.
It looks disorganized...and old & crusty...and possibly intimidating to womenfolk...but I know exactly where everything is, and she can't tell the difference between a 15-year-old Roddy and a brand-new Trevala (always buy the same color too). Tell you what though, Darius: I'd trade my favorite kayak combo for that PacButt any day bro! I'm still excited for you!

Deception and stealth are the only way. :smt044

First, cash sales only! Having the UPS guy deliver toys to your door is like putting your head in the noose.

Second, make your stuff look used!  I do this with surfboards all the time.  Wax up the new board and rub dirt on it.  Same thing with fishing gear.  She doesn't keep an inventory of your crap, and if she's like my wife, she couldn't tell a spinning reel from a baitcaster.  the only thing that will give you away is shiny-ness.

I've perfected this technique over 25 years.

She gives me the same response when i ask her are those shoes new? :smt008

WTF,
How could this take up 4 pages?
Any man who can handle 2 wives shoulden't have to worry about spending a few $$$.
Hell my ONLY wife cost me a small fortune - Darius must be loaded to have 2 :smt044
This should be a cake walk compared to setting up 2 women.
Quit your belly aching and man up.

Darius

Here is what I would do...
1. donate the stuff you aren't using to the Pay It Foreward
2. Get the A Hulls to write a letter about the donation (good luck  :smt044)
3. Show your wife the letter and tell her you need to replace some of the stuff you donated to such a great cause
4. Take the donation as a tax deduction
5. Buy really good stuff so you will be motivated to take better care of it  :smt044 :smt044

It's a win win win. BTW congrats on the PAC butt. Iwas really happy when you called it in. I won't say anything about the paddle.  :smt044

I'm with Adam and Eric B.

Man up and tell her it's your money and you'll do whatever the F*** you want with it, and the second she tries to say anything back say "What are you doing out of the kitchen, anyway?"

J/K bout the last part, but seriously, if it's your money then spend it however you want.

My GF must like seeing me happy, 'cause she ENCOURAGED me to buy my $2000 AR15, then PAID FOR my .40 Springfield.

Or she has grandiose plans of reciprocation now that $2000+ was just dropped on two guns! :smt044
