No kidding......this state is so messed up! I have high hopes for Jerry Brown.....High hopes...we will see. In the mean time we are still in an economic slump, gas prices are high, and now this....
Uh, vacation at home for a lotta folks this year I guess.

...in the paper, they mentioned that there can be volunteers stepping up.  i'm sure they planned that if they close a few major ones, that the public would step up and save the state more monies(to waste on themselves elsewhere)

At this point I have no confidence in the state to handle money. That's saying a lot since I work for them. I hate the idea of State parks closing, but I feel like if I give them 10$ they can only get $.50 out of it. The waste in this state is LUDICROUS! (see 90+ page fishing regs book with a supplemental printed less than 4 months later....)
