going to hit russian gulch on sunday morning for rockfish opener, planning to be on the beach by 630, wx looks fine for now

Sunday: SSE wind 7 to 9 kt becoming SW in the afternoon. Showers and possibly a thunderstorm. Mixed swell...WNW 4 ft and S 2 ft. Wind waves around 1 ft

so if you cant make the cove, and want to get salty, company welcome, cameron

Maybe. If it's raining I won't be on the  motorcycle and I'll hook up with you instead.

That's my nxt location after GS5 going hang there for a week or so...fishing/abing...  Sweet ab, and some really great fishin @ RG...

Cameron, I'm interested , but can't commit just yet. Looking at the weather and juggling commitments. It does look good, and I'm dying to eat fresh fish tacos.

My friend, Allen, and me will be out there somewhere.  Depending on conditions, we may launch at Big River, Russian Gulch, or if it looks real crappy, we'll go to Caspar.  Maybe we'll see you out there?  If we launch at Russian or Big River, we'll be fishing the Mendo headlands....Goat Rock and that area.

Just look for the old guys.

There is a good chance Ring Nebula and I will join you guys at Russian Gulch Sunday. I'll keep you posted. Really eager to get all up in some rock fish.

I just made an appt to get my brakes done on Monday, and I'm told I shouldn't drive it till then. I'm staying home and await the next flat spell.

It's looking like if we had our pick, Tuesday is the day to go. I'm still planning on Russian Gulch Sunday AM but if anybody wants to entertain Monday or Tuesday I would consider it.
