I did alot of calls to vendors who's products I use and requested their support/help; less than 10% responded back and only 5% actually helped out.

Alot of work for little results; but our brothers are worth every minute I spent.....

plus I am a gov't employee so I have time to bs on the phone

Glen, you have done so much for the PIF, I don't know how to even thank you. But, really, Thank you!!

I had the same experience with the percentages, alot of time spent but it's worth every minute.

The effort we all put in is what makes this community so great
