Need Raffle Prizes for the PIF Fundraiser!

I'm thinking we should do something similar to what Allen does for the Sand Crab Classic raffle with some of the bigger ticket items. We could put some containers out in front of specific raffle items and then we could pull tickets from there for those specific items. That'll keep the geezers from getting all the stuff the kids want. -FF

Or even a "Silient Auction" for the REALLY bigger ticket items...

Here are some more items I acquired for the raffle:

From our friends at West Marine: 2 West Marine rod holders

From our friends at Castro Valley Sportsmen Center: Fishing gear & tackle

Poster & flyers have been posted at each of these locations; including Outdoor Proshop. Printed out 8x10, 11x17 and even a 36x44; however, no of them wanted the post sized up, go figure...

Just got off the phone with Sunrise in Livermore and Aquan (Vince) in San Carlos; both will be able to donate a few more items to the raffle, will stop by there stores tomorrow.

Also Vince/Acquan is having an event on June 11th & 12th at the Aquatic Boathouse and would like to have any NCKA members who are Pro Staff for Ocean Kayak or Wilderness Kayak at this event. I informed him that there is a NCKA taking place on the 12th, but the 11th might be doable. I just need to point him in the right direction.

Oopsss! I didn't know this was for an "A-Hulls" event; thought it was for a Loose Screw event....sorry I lost all the raffle items....

I have a few soft leads on a few more items, but I will wait until I have confirmation or product in hand to post...

Maybe I'll donate a slightly used Calcutta reel that someone kinda broke at GS5...

Hopefully when my time comes around, someone else will do the same!

Just heard back from Randi and Daryl, of Albion Campgrounds; they have just donated "2 Nights Free Camping" for the raffle!

Now the winner of this raffle item can stay for free at the Albion Event this July!

Since my WAF is on the negative side at the moment, I've been doing some inventory of what to bring for the PIF. These are the things that I will be bringing

Building a donation hope to have pics. end of next week. Contribution comes  from a dear friend(Second Dad) That I lost to leukemia Dec.16th of 09. He would have really loved all of this.
