Nobody seemed to know where Jim called home
He just drifted into town and hung with the A-Hulls.
He didn't say much, kind of quiet and shy
And if you spoke at all, you'd just said hi to Big Jim.
Somebody said he came from Nicaragua,
Where he got into a fight over a Bikini Babe.
And a crashing blow from a huge right hand,
sent a Power Boater to the promise land.

Then came the day off of Bean Hollow,
when the Landlords surfaced and men started crying.
Yakkers were praying, and hearts beat fast
and everybody thought they had breathed their last
cept' Jim.
Through the fog and waves of this Shark made hell,
paddled a giant of a man that the Yakkers knew well.
Grabbed a Abalone knife and gave out with a yell,
and like a GI Joe with Kung Fu grip, he just floated there alone, Big Jim

With all of his strength, he gave a mighty dive.
Then a Yakker yelled out, 'there a goin back down!'
And 20 men paddled from a 'would be' grave
then there was only one left out there to save, Big Jim.
With Coast Guard and Seal Team 6, they started back out,
then came those splashes way off the Coast.
And as blood and carcasses floated in the water,
everybody knew it was the end of the line, for the Landlord.
