BS :smt002 all this stillwater post makes me itch... Anyone heading to the Dove this weekend? I am planning to fish for the Pacmans Fight I am hosting Need some fish TACO, so if anyone is heading let me know I will no doubt will join you...I can pick you up too if you need a lift, I can take 2 kayak now on my car...the weather is doable what else stopping you?! I just dont know the place very well

Yeah, from the lighthouse, toward Ano Nuevo=open, toward Bean Hollow=closed

I'm not sure where "the demarcation line" is exactly, but I think it is the lighthouse. DFG was out in force from the Santa Cruz harbor, if they launch from HMB I'm sure the Dove area will get some attention. have a net on board :smt002

You can fish a little north of the lighthouse, south to Ano.  DFG came up to us on the water on the opener.

I'm going to fish Sunday.  I'll post a hookup this time.

Why is it called Dove?

We felt pigeon was kind of disrespectful given how much love it's offered up to us.  So it was a choice between dove and squab.  Although, after my recent poison oak incident, I'm thinking of calling it oak point.
