Good riddance. He finally got what he deserved.   :smt070
Never argue with an idiot. They'll just drag you down to their level, and beat you with experience.

I'm glad to have the world is free of this person
I only wish the press would think befor they act - the cheering at the whitehouse was too much.
It's never a good thing to see people cheering about another mans death - remember how we felt when we saw all those kids in the streets cheering after 911
Seems like some people want the retaliation to go on forever

Thank you JSOC, for ending Osama Bin Laden's reign as Hide & Seek Champion, 1998-2011.

Yes, This morning C and I were talking about this as I drove her to work.  I see it like this:

Sometimes unpleasant things need to be done.  The circumstances in this case were that HUMANITY would benifit from the removal of this person from a position of influence.  Unfortunately for him, his breathing had a great negative impact on a very large group of bystanders (innocent, guilty, or otherwise).  The very nature of successful human culture demands that the individual make certain sacrifices for the good of the entire community.  In the global community, this irresponsible and already ostracized member actually Needed to be formally removed from the system.

I am glad that what needed to be done was done, but I am not happy about it.  There is a large difference between "glad" and "happy", that distinction should be made both in language AND action.  Celebrating in the streets like a bunch of drunk hockey fans is certainly the wrong response in the context of this global community of ours.

Less Mental than before, Still savage AF tho <3

Although I could have done without the media images of cheerleaders and beach balls, I'm glad that this has been done. History.

It will be interesting to see what this does to our own domestic political scene.

Group IQ is inversely proportional to the size of the group.

A Steelhead always knows where he is going, but a Man seldom does.
