Wilderness Systems offered the SlideTrax system and Native Watercraft the Groove Accessory Attachment System.  These two rails offer a great way to rig a kayak without having to drill lots of holes.  Is there a product such as these available that I can customize or add on to my kayak?  I'd just wish some of other kayak companies (not to name any) look into producing something similar to these for their future kayaks.

Thankyou!  I'll see if I can fit one of those near the foot brace section.

The mini track looks like something workable, did you try it? What were the results? Do track systems function as well as fixed mounts? Would 1/4" stainless hardware be adequate?

I have a tarpon and love the track mounts. Instead of the overpriced threded plates I used 1/4 nuts ,bolts and a few washers . For the scotty poleholders I used 1" with one washed in the track an two on top as a spacer.
