Will be at the gate at 7am to chase Kokes and miniature salmon. Don't know what the hell I'm doing but hoping to get lucky.
Later, try for bass or panfish maybe at Capell? All day at the Berry, should have the lake to ourselves since everyone else will be at IVR! :smt044

Yeah, if it's bad I'll just hide behind the Big Island and try for bass.
Or, maybe it won't be so bad at Capell...
Can't think of many places to escape the wind - Delta, maybe some of the sloughs are kinda protected.

Tony, me and christina might just meet you up there sat. and then head off to IVR afterwards. If the wind is bad, theres plenty of spots to get out of the wind and try for bass and crappie which are on a great bite. Just talked to John(bird) and said its was tuff out there today. He didnt get anything and said the boaters were havin a tuff day too! He also said the wind picked up after early morning and got a good work! just something to think about but i think by sat. it will calm down.

Wind ain't lookin' good for Sat. NOAA: North wind around 15 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph.

But better than tomorrow: Breezy, with a north northwest wind 11 to 14 mph increasing to between 20 and 23 mph. Winds could gust as high as 30 mph.

I pulled the plug on (last minute) plans for tomorrow . . . unless the forecast magically changes overnight.

Trolled for 3-4 hours around Goat and Big Islands for a skunk.  Light wind at dawn that died and then picked-up by noon or so.  Blowing pretty good on the paddle back in.  PBs all reported a fish here or there but slow overall.  Blowing hard out here in the valley since dawn this morning.

I will be on Folsom tomorrow for a few hours.  I prefer fishing folsom coves in the wind.  I was night fishing the port tonight... the wind was bad and the bite was off.  Let me know if you want to catch some big spots.

Windy as hell here in Woodland, guess I'm going to go still.
Will be launching from Oak Shores, but from the launch right behind the Big Island.
To get there go left right after the gate follow the road until you see the circular parking lot.
Launch is a path at the end of the lot down to H20.

Thanks for the invite to Folsom Adam, I can fish Sun. after 3pm.
Let me know where you'll be launching.
