Not very polished, I'm afraid, buthere's the shots I took Friday morning.  After I left the harbor, the biggest surge came through..What I witnessed was disturbing enough.

We have a long way to go after this one.

Thanks for the personal vid Allen!!   :smt006  Just nutz what Mother Nature can do when she is pissed!!!  :smt009  I had heard on the radio while on my way to work that they said a dock with a lot of kayaks broke loose...  Was wondering if you know if that was the Kayak Connection fleet, or just personal storage?

I think Kayak Connection lost their floating dock. Their manager was quoted in the sentinel, I guess they can't even access the dock to check on their fleet. I didn't see a hundred kayaks floating in the harbor so hopefully they didn't lose the rental fleet.

No, astoundingly, the Kayak Connection dock was the ONE piece of U Dock that didn't get trashed.  Look on my video I pan across it a couple times.

Talked with Katrina this morning, and learned the biggest surge didn't get it either.
